Yesterday’s picks = 2-5. Ew. Gross. Well, this is why we have no money… Lets throw some darts at the board and see what we get today.
Well the revolving door of coaches seems to be over… for now… for the Canadiens (33-21-8). On Monday, they visit the Prudential Center to battle the New Jersey Devils (25-25-11). The Devils are looking to scrape up any type of win after losing three in a row. Neither team has stats that are outstanding but the Canadiens seem to have a leg up on this one.
The Pick – Montreal for the win
Life after Bishop, the Tampa Bay Lightning (27-25-8) officially hand the reins to Andrei Vasilevsky. Tampa is looking to make up ground in the Eastern Conference sitting in 6th place behind Florida by 4 points. Ottawa finds ways to win as they sit in second place in the Atlantic Division. Ottawa needs to stay out of the penalty box, as Tampa is 8th in the league on their power play.
The Pick – Tampa Bay will take this one tonight at home.
Yesterdays talk of the town, the Los Angeles Kings look to get one of their number one goalies a win tonight as Quick will suit up against Devan Dubnyk. The Wild sit first on the power play and second in shooting which means Quick really needs to be Jonathan Quick of old. The Wild are coming off that pesky bye week and teams have not faired too well their first game back.
The Pick – The Wild will defy the odds of the 5 day break and come out with the W on their first game back.
